Freedom Electronics

Fletcher Baldwin

Fletcher Baldwin is the Chief of Staff at Freedom Electronics and joined the company as a part of Summit Park’s LEAD Program. Prior to Freedom Electronics, Mr. Baldwin was a Finance Associate at Delta Air Lines, supporting category and negotiation strategy development within the Technical Operations Supply Chain. Prior to Delta Air Lines, Mr. Baldwin served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marines for six years.

Mr. Baldwin received a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at UVA.

Elliott Aviation

Dan McFarland

Dan McFarland is the Chief of Staff at Elliott Aviation and joined the company as part of Summit Park’s LEAD program. Prior to joining the LEAD program, Mr. McFarland was an Operations Manager at Aurora Innovation, a self-driving vehicle technology company. Before Aurora, Mr. McFarland served five years in the United States Marine Corps as an active-duty Reconnaissance and Scout Sniper Marine.

Mr. McFarland received his BA in Political Science and International Relations magna cum laude from Columbia University and his MBA from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

United Structural Systems (USS)

Grant Miller

Grant Miller is the Chief of Staff at United Structural Systems (USS) and joined the company as a part of Summit Park’s LEAD program. Prior to joining USS, Mr. Miller was a Consultant at Dell Technologies focused on supply chain optimization and demand forecasting. Before Dell, Mr. Miller served as an Infantry Officer in the 101st Airborne Division in the United States Army.

Mr. Miller received his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.

Exacta Land Surveyors

Jack Trump

Jack Trump is the Chief of Staff at Exacta Land Surveyors and joined the company as part of Summit Park’s LEAD program. Prior to joining Exacta, Mr. Trump held roles in GTM Strategy consulting at SBI Growth and Accenture.

Mr. Trump received his undergraduate degrees in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from the University of Arizona and received his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Curion

Tessa Wiegand

Tessa Wiegand is the Chief of Staff at Curion Insights and joined the company as part of Summit Park's LEAD Program. Prior to Curion, She was a member of Alpine Investors' CEO-in-Training Program where she has led two commercial HVAC businesses and spearheaded strategic initiatives for a healthcare business. Tessa also previously worked in the Transportation and Industrials Group at Oliver Wyman where she led teams to advise Fortune 500 companies on post-merger integrations and operational improvement initiatives.

Born and raised in West Virginia, Tessa received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University where she graduated with honors. She lives in Chicago with her husband, Jack, and dog, Chase.
