Mr. Lovrovich is the first executive hired to Summit Park's LEAD Program. In his current role, Mr. Lovrovich currently supports Tennessee Industrial Electronics as the Vice President of Operations, with a primary focus on optimizing digital marketing strategy and evaluating IT infrastructure improvements. Mr. Lovrovich began the LEAD Program in July 2017 as Vice President of Business Development at C.A.R.S. Protection Plus, where his primary focus was on leading the implementation of a new Policy Administration System
Prior to joining Summit Park, he was a management consultant in West Monroe Partners' Mergers & Acquisition practice and formerly in IBM's Strategy & Transformation group. His focus as a management consultant was on technology and operations across industries.
Mr. Lovrovich received a BS degree in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business.
