Summit Park is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Magan to the team. Mr. Magan brings significant lower middle market investing experience to the firm.

Prior to re-joining Summit Park in 2014, Mr. Magan worked at TZP Group, a New York, NY-based middle market private equity firm, where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investments in the business and consumer services sectors. Previously, he worked as an Associate at Summit Park and as the interim COO of a food processing company focused on soups, sauces and prepared meals that he co-founded with his father. He was also a Summer Associate at LLR Partners, where he focused on evaluating investments in the consumer and education sectors, while in graduate business school.

Mr. Magan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland with a concentration in Finance and will graduate in May 2014 with a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.
