Exacta Land Surveyors Has Acquired Windrose Surveying & Land Services

Exacta Land Surveyors ("Exacta"), a portfolio company of Charlotte-based private equity firm Summit Park, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Windrose Surveying & Land Services (“Windrose” or the “Company”). Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Windrose is the largest dedicated land survey company in the greater Houston and Dallas markets. The Company provides a range of both residential and commercial surveys and related services to its customers, including boundary and topographic mapping, platting, construction staking, builder services, aerial photogrammetry, and other land development services. The Company performs all commercial services under the Windrose trade name and serves the residential market under the Arthur Land Surveying (“Arthur”) trade name.

Exacta, based in Cleveland, Ohio, is a leading provider of residential and commercial land surveys and field management services and operates in six states, including Texas, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Ohio, and Virginia. Summit Park invested in Exacta in February 2019, and Windrose marks the first acquisition for the platform.
