The acquisition extends StableDry’s Southeast footprint across the Carolinas and strengthens its growing family of brands.
Headquartered in Cornelius, NC, Wolfe serves residential and light commercial customers throughout the Charlotte area, Western North Carolina, and the upstate of South Carolina. The business is a trusted provider of foundation and structural repair, crawl space repair, waterproofing, wood rot repair, wall removal and related services to homeowners across the region. The acquisition continues StableDry’s strategy of partnering with businesses that have a strong local presence and a reputation for exceptional customer service as it builds a super-regional essential residential services platform in the Southeast.
StableDry is a leading provider of foundation repair, crawl space repair, and basement waterproofing services to residential homeowners and commercial customers throughout the Southeast. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, and formed with Summit Park’s acquisition of United Structural Systems in 2023, the company has expanded significantly throughout the Southeast through a combination of organic growth and add-on acquisitions. Wolfe represents the fifth acquisition since Summit Park’s original investment.
