Summit Park is pleased to announce that two new executives joined companies within the firm’s portfolio through its Leadership Excellence and Development (“LEAD”) Program in June. Lilian Izuorah joined DX Electric and Andrew Lammers joined Thrust Flight, each in the role of Chief of Staff.
Summit Park’s LEAD Program was established to expand operational capacity and develop valuable talent for its portfolio companies, enabling greater focus on high-priority strategic and growth initiatives. LEAD executives report directly to company CEOs and work alongside senior management teams to accelerate progress on key objectives. Through hands-on involvement in both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy, LEAD professionals help build momentum and drive meaningful value across the Summit Park portfolio.
Prior to joining DX Electric, Lilian was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Dallas, Texas, where she led operations transformation, merchandising, pricing, vendor management, and supply chain engagements across retail, consumer, and services businesses. Prior to BCG, she spent five years as a Field Professional at Halliburton Energy Services, leading onshore and offshore wireline teams across multiple projects in high-stakes, safety-critical environments. Lilian received a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin and an MBA as a Fuqua Scholar from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Before joining the team at Thrust Flight, Andrew was an Engagement Manager at Messina Group Consulting, leading delivery teams to drive growth strategy, operational efficiencies, and M&A integration for clients. Prior to Messina Group, he served in the United States Marine Corps for four years. Andrew received a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and an MBA in Strategy from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Maddy Hopsicker, Operating Partner at Summit Park, said, “We are excited to welcome Lilian and Andrew to the LEAD Program. They each bring valuable experience and perspective to their new roles, and we believe they will be strong additions to the DX Electric and Thrust Flight teams. We look forward to the impact they’ll have and are thrilled to have them on board.”
About the LEAD Program
The Leadership Excellence and Development Program (“LEAD”) was started in 2017 to develop talented, operationally-focused executives for leadership positions in the Summit Park portfolio. LEAD executives assume a meaningful and mission critical leadership role as the Chief of Staff in one of the firm’s portfolio companies. Success in the role can lead to a C-level position within the portfolio over an accelerated timeline. LEAD members are not employees of Summit Park.
