Michelli Weighing & Measurement (“Michelli”), a portfolio company of Summit Park, is pleased to announce it has recapitalized Total Scale Service (“Total Scale”), a leading provider of industrial weighing services primarily serving customers in the food and beverage, agriculture, and aggregates sectors. The acquisition will expand Michelli’s existing operations in the Pacific Northwest and increase its exposure to the key end markets in which Total Scale operates.
Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Boise, Idaho, Total Scale serves more than 800 customers across Idaho, Montana, and Washington. The company provides a comprehensive range of industrial weighing services, as well as equipment and parts sales, delivering high-quality solutions to a diversified regional customer base.
Headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana, Michelli Weighing & Measurement provides equipment sales, calibration, and repair services for a wide range of precision and industrial weighing systems. The partnership with Total Scale enhances Michelli’s technical capabilities, strengthens its regional presence in the Northwest, and further expands its national service footprint. The transaction represents the sixth acquisition by Michelli since partnering with Summit Park in 2023.
