We acquire, in partnership with an executive or management team, non-strategic divisions or subsidiaries of larger corporations.  We provide our management partners with the financial resources to consummate the transaction as well as the expertise required to establish the business as a stand-alone entity.

Growth Equity Investments

We provide equity capital, access to new sources of debt financing, and execution expertise in support of a company’s internal or acquisition-oriented growth plans.

Family Succession Transactions

To facilitate a generational transition of ownership for estate planning or other purposes, we work in partnership with those family members and management active in the business to acquire the ownership stake held by other members of the family.

Recapitalizations

We pursue transactions where the current owners seek to monetize a portion of their ownership while retaining a meaningful ongoing interest in the business. Through this transaction, the owners achieve some liquidity today while retaining operating control and the ability to participate in the continued growth of the business.
